DDP shipping tax included is only available to USA, Europe and UK, all other destinations must be shipped through customs. For shipments to the United States the delivery time is faster than in Europe in only 3-5 business days. For Europe and UK the delivery time can be from 15 days to 30 calendar days, but if you are not hurry, you can receive your miner tax free.
Yes, all our shipments are insured to the door to door, our insurance includes loss, theft or accident, we will replace your miner with a new one in all of the above cases.
No, all our prices are exclusive of VAT, Safety Miner is a USA registered company and VAT exempt, our invoices will be issued VAT exempt.
Yes, you can pay through our Coinbase or Metamask Commerce payment gateway, both options are safe and protect the customer for possible refunds, we also accept bank transfer in euros, dollars and pounds sterling.
All miners have a 180-day warranty, except Bitmain S19 models and all Canaan Avalon models with a 365-day warranty.
You can manage the warranty directly with the manufacturer if you wish and you can also do it with Safety Miner, all miners under warranty must be sent to the manufacturer for repair, Safety Miner and the manufacturer does not support third-party repairs.
