The time stipulated in the shipping rates is the delivery time from the completion of the same, not necessarily from the order. To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive the shipment within the time period we post, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use the correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted correctly, we are not responsible for incorrect information. If the package is returned as undeliverable or wrong address, you will have to assume the costs of the new reshipment of your item that we have previously assumed (for more information see the Returns Policy).

After your payment is authorized and verified, it may still take a few days to process your order. This is an estimate only and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking information takes 1-3 business days to update.
We use the services of the main trusted international operators to fulfill your package quickly and safely.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Safety Miner LTD is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the international carrier to the local carrier in your country, or strikes or delays in air and ground transportation, nor any additional, customs, or retroactive charges incurred, as well as well as the delay caused by holidays, bridges, or other national or regional holidays that cause a longer delivery time.
If the delay is for another reason, Safety Miner LTD will take the appropriate steps to correct any faulty operation of the transport service that is attributable to it.
Keep in mind that our shipments are direct from China, you will have to pay the customs taxes of your country, we are committed and we strive to make affordable shipments so that you obtain the least economic impact on your shipments, if you have any questions about the amount to be paid in customs, please contact our customer service and we will inform you of the approximate costs.
We can also make DDP shipments, door to door, so that you do not have to pay any tax, keep in mind that these shipments can take very long delivery times of 30 and 45 days and are also less secure, it is not recommended to make these shipments, but you can indicate it if you wish.
All our shipments are insured with loss, theft or accident insurance, except for DDP shipments, in any of the aforementioned cases we will replace a new miner or refund the money once the transport insurance policy has been executed.

Once you have placed your order, if you want to make a change: modify the delivery address or another model of a higher amount, remember that it has to be done before it is sent, otherwise it will not be possible.
RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the return of the products is due to a defect in the item received or due to the wrong product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of receipt, at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the incident and your personal data.
We will proceed to carefully examine your returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement of the product is appropriate (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate. The refund will be made by bank transfer/refund/paypal/card or via the payment source as soon as possible after receiving the item.
Remember that Safety Miner LTD is not responsible for the cost of this shipment.
The shipping cost for the course of a return will be between €150 and €250 that the customer will have to pay.
Once the return is approved, the data and the procedure to follow will be provided through our returns portal.
Safety Miner LTD does not accept exchange or refund of money that are not covered by manufacturer’s warranty or damage due to transportation.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
You can modify or cancel your order before the factory order is executed. If the order has already been processed and is in process or on its way to the shipping center, it cannot be cancelled.
Modification of the delivery address once the order has been picked up by our courier company will not be possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you still haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again.

We will only accept returns sent by a system that certifies the delivery (certified or with acknowledgment of receipt). We will not be responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected items for any product you wish to return to us. We will not accept returns sent postage due.
Safety Miner LTD reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that do not meet the conditions indicated above.
